Orders & payment
Which currency do you charge in?
All prices are in British pounds (GBP, £). Delivery costs are shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay.
How can I pay?
The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your full card details.
Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes. You will receive an email confirming your order, and another with tracking details once it has been dispatched. If you do not see it, check your spam folder or email support@emvar.shop.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can change or cancel it and refund you in full. Once dispatched, you can still cancel under our Returns & Refunds policy.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Standard tracked delivery is £3.99, or free on orders of £50 or more. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days and usually arrive within 6–12 working days after dispatch.
Where are orders sent from?
Our stock is held by our supplier and fulfilment partners, and some orders are sent from facilities outside the UK. That is why delivery can take longer than a UK-dispatched parcel. See Shipping & Delivery for details, including import charges on orders over £135.
Returns
Can I return something?
Yes. You can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. You also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. Faulty or incorrect items are always covered and we pay the return postage for those.
When will I get my refund?
Within 14 days of us receiving the items back (or proof that you have sent them), to your original payment method.
Sizing & fit
How do your sizes run?
Blouses and skirts use UK sizes 6–18. Crochet tops use XS–XL, and kimonos are one size. Each product page has a fit note, and our Size Guide has body measurements for every size.
How long are the necklaces?
From 38cm to 48cm. The length of each necklace is listed on its product page, and many include a 5cm extender.
Materials & care
What are the jewellery pieces made of?
Our necklaces use glass seed beads or glass beads on cotton cord with gold-plated brass clasps. Bangles are brass, and anklets use glass beads on waxed cotton cord. We do not make claims about suitability for sensitive skin, so please check the listed materials if you have a known metal sensitivity.
Why has my brass bangle darkened?
Brass is a natural alloy that darkens with exposure to air, water and skin, and can occasionally leave a faint mark on skin. This is normal. Polish with a soft dry cloth and keep it dry. See our Care Guide.
How do I wash crochet?
Hand wash cold and dry flat in shape. Never hang crochet when wet, as it will stretch.
